WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
Orders are dispatched from our Moree boutique. It is important to note that we are a rurally based business and shipping can take longer.

FREE SHIPPING
Plaine offers complimentary shipping on orders over $250 AUD, excluding orders with shoes. This will be automatically applied at checkout. Shipping rates are correct at the time of checking out.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
On the occasional that Plaine runs a FREE SHIPPING promotion, the free shipping offered is for Regular Post only. If you would like express postage check out as normal.
ADDRESS AMENDMENT AND SHIPPING REDIRECTION
If you have placed an order and need to make an amendment to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at moree@plaine.com.au. We will do our best to ensure your information is updated before your order is dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched, please note that we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address or authorise a redirection.
Plaine cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen orders:
1. That are not collected by a receiver.
2. If an incorrect address was input at the time of making your order and the package is delivered to a wrong location.
3. If the order arrives at a temporary location (hotels, AirBnb, holiday apartments, etc) after you have left the premises.
Further to this, cancellations requests for orders in transit will not be approved.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are provided as a guideline only.
If you have purchased in-stock item/s, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be packed. During sale periods and peak season, please allow up to 7 business days for packing time, plus additional shipping. Due to a large amount of orders, sale periods can result in longer delivery times.
Express Shipping is offered at checkout for an additional cost. Please note that this fee guarantees your order will be delivered within Australia Post’s express shipping timeframe; however, packing and dispatching will remain the same as listed above.
Delivery to a remote address (outside of major cities) can also result in longer shipping times. Please contact moree@plaine.com.au if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.
TRACKING
When it has been packed and ready to be collected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you have placed an order with multiple items you will receive separate shipping emails and tracking numbers from each warehouse. Standard shipping times still apply. If our team notices more than one order we may combine orders at our own discretion and refund applicable shipping.
LOST AND RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through Australia Post we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including unable to deliver) our Customer Care team will attempt to reach out immediately. Unfortunately the Customer will be liable for the additional costs involved in the re-shipping the order.
If you choose not to accept your order after it has been returned to Plaine, you will be issued with a credit note. But the cost of the shipping involved in the redirection of the package back to sender will be deducted from the credit note amount.
SHOES ON SALE
All shoes that are on sale will be sent wrapped or in their protective bags. If you would like the box please let our team know.
