How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen pieces to cart and follow the checkout prompts. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

When will my card be charged?
Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your items.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we’re unable to amend or cancel it.

How do discount codes work?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping on request. Please contact us if you require a quote.

What are your shipping timeframes?
We are based in rural NSW. Please note shipping can be longer during peak periods. - Standard Delivery: Approx. 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: Approx. 1–3 business days
(Regional areas may take slightly longer.)

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, slight delays may occur.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please check your junk box if you haven't received confirmation from us.

My parcel is late, lost or damaged — what should I do?
If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. It is important to note that delays are not Plaine's responsibility.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Where do I pick up my order?
Pick up from our boutique:

Our hours are 9am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am to 12pm Saturdays. We are closed Sunday and Monday.

When will my order be ready?
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Most orders are available within 24 hours.

What do I need to bring?
Please show your confirmation email or photo ID. If someone else is collecting your parcel please let our team know.

How do I choose the right size?
Each brand may vary slightly. We recommend checking the size guide on the product page or contacting us for personalised sizing advice.

Can you help me with fit questions?
Absolutely — we’re always happy to help with fit, styling or fabric recommendations.

What if the size I purchased isn’t right?
You’re welcome to lodge a return for an exchange or store credit within our return window.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on garment tags.

Will an item be restocked?
Some styles can be restocked, while others are produced in limited quantities. You can sign up for “Back in Stock” notifications on the product page.

Why do colours look different online?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but screens and devices can vary.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available online and can be redeemed in-store or online. You can also purchase a physical gift card in-store.

How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code at checkout or present it in-store.

We offer lay-by on selected full-price items. If you’d like to place something on lay-by, please contact us at moree@plaine.com.au or visit us in store. We will help you set up a personalised payment plan.

How our lay-by works:
– Lay-by is available for full-priced items only.
– A 50% deposit is required to secure the item. Deposits are non-refundable.
– Payments are made on a customised schedule agreed with you at the time of setup. We prefer to keep this as 4 equal weekly instalments.
– Lay-by items remain the property of Plaine Boutique until the final payment has been made.
– Items must be paid off in full before collection or postage.

Changes & Cancellations:
– If you need to adjust your payment schedule, please reach out — we’re happy to help where possible.
– If you choose to cancel your lay-by, any payments made on top of your deposit will be issued as store credit, in line with our returns policy.
– Lay-by deposits are non-refundable.
– Failure to make payments on time without contacting us may result in the lay-by being cancelled and the item returned to stock.

Returns on Lay-by Purchases:
– Once a lay-by is fully paid and collected or shipped, the purchase follows our standard returns policy: exchange or store credit only within the return window, provided all conditions are met.
